Every conversation with us starts and stays in one place. We’ve chosen to keep things this simple on purpose, so nothing slips through the cracks and every message gets the focus it deserves.
A small but important note—if you’ve already sent us an email, there’s no need to reach out again through Facebook. When the same question arrives in two different places, it actually creates a bit of extra sorting on our end, which can unintentionally delay the very reply you’re waiting for.
We sit down to read through all messages together once per day at a set time. That rhythm means we’re not offering live, back-and-forth chat, but it also means when you do hear from us, you’re getting a thoughtful response rather than a rushed one.
