RETURN POLICY

The Only Reason We Accept a Return

A return is only possible when the item you received carries a manufacturing defect—a fault that originates from the production process itself. This is the single, narrow condition under which the site will address an issue. If the problem stems directly from how the product was made, we will step in to resolve it.

What Counts as a Manufacturing Defect

When we refer to a manufacturing defect, we mean an error that occurred during the making of the item, before it ever reached you. It is a flaw woven into the product’s creation, not something that developed later through use or exposure. The responsibility for such a fault rests with us, and it is the only scenario that triggers our return consideration.

Where the Line is Drawn

Several conditions fall clearly outside this boundary. Damage that happens because of accidents, a lack of proper care, or the ordinary decline of normal wear and tear is not a production error. These outcomes are tied to how the product is handled after purchase, and they do not qualify for a return. The distinction is simple: if the issue arose from use rather than from the original making, it is not covered.

What the Environment Does Over Time

Natural changes brought on by the environment also sit beyond our responsibility. The gradual fading or breakdown of colors and materials that results from prolonged sun exposure is a predictable reaction, not a hidden flaw. It reflects the life of the product, not a mistake in its manufacture. Similarly, any item that has been exposed to water moves into a category of its own, one that permanently closes the door on a return or exchange.

Changes Made After Purchase

Once a product leaves our hands, any alterations made to it—such as after-market modifications—sever the link to its original production. These changes are not part of the item as it was created, and they void any possibility of a return. The guarantee applies only to the product in its unaltered, as-made state.

A Final Word on Water Damage

Any product that has been exposed to water cannot be returned or exchanged, under any circumstances.
